These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and phi99. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the phi99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If any part of these Terms is unclear to you, please contact our support team at support@phi99.app before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the phi99 platform — whether through our website, mobile browser, or any application associated with phi99 — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all players, including registered account holders and guests who access the platform without completing registration.
phi99 operates as a licensed online casino and sports betting platform serving players in the Philippines. These Terms are governed by applicable Philippine laws and regulations. Your continued use of phi99 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
phi99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via the email address associated with their account and post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using phi99 immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on phi99, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. phi99 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all winnings forfeited.
- You must be a resident of or physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. Players accessing phi99 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or play.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — meaning you are not under any legal restriction that would prevent you from gambling.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a phi99 employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest with platform operations.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to Philippine online gambling, including any exclusion list maintained by phi99 itself.
phi99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
3. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on phi99. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or a combination — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
3.1 Registration Requirements
When registering on phi99, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, valid mobile number, active email address, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. phi99 is not liable for issues arising from outdated contact information.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phi99 username and password. All activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your phi99 account, you must contact support@phi99.app immediately. phi99 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain account security.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
phi99 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal or when your account activity triggers a review. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID). Withdrawals may be withheld until verification is complete. Providing fraudulent or altered documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on phi99 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). phi99 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, Visa, and Mastercard.
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit on phi99 is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phi99 wallet immediately upon successful processing by your payment provider. phi99 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
phi99 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded. Any funds deposited from a third-party account will be returned to the source, and the phi99 account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal from phi99 is ₱200. Withdrawals via GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking hours.
Withdrawals will only be sent to an account registered in the same name as your phi99 account. phi99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including large or unusual withdrawal requests. phi99 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while a security or compliance review is conducted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions
phi99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry dates. The general bonus terms below apply to all phi99 promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- Bonuses are credited to your phi99 bonus wallet, not your main cash wallet. Bonus funds must complete the specified wagering requirement before they can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
- The standard wagering requirement for phi99 deposit bonuses is 30× the bonus amount (e.g., a ₱500 bonus requires ₱15,000 in total wagers before becoming withdrawable).
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets must meet a minimum odds of 1.50 to qualify for contribution.
- Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. Bonus funds that have not completed the wagering requirement within the expiry period will be forfeited without notice.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
- phi99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions by phi99 regarding bonus eligibility and wagering calculations are final.
Bonus Abuse Policy: phi99 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including matched betting across multiple accounts, exploitation of software errors, and systematic wagering designed to reduce house edge without genuine gameplay intent. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be permanently closed and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.
6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on phi99 — including JILI slots, jackpot slots, fishing games, and live casino tables — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems verified by independent testing laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is publicly disclosed in the game information panel.
6.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets
The minimum bet per spin or hand on phi99 is ₱50 for most slots and fishing games, and ₱100 for live casino tables. Maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface. phi99 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Malfunctions and Technical Issues
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, phi99 will use server-side records to determine the outcome of the affected round. Bets placed during a technical fault will be voided if the round cannot be reconstructed from server logs. phi99 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side. 6.3 Obvious Errors in Odds or Game Data
phi99 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where an obvious error occurred in the displayed odds, game data, or payout values — including instances where incorrect odds or paylines were published due to technical or human error. Players who knowingly exploit obvious errors are engaging in prohibited conduct under these Terms.
7. Sports Betting Rules
phi99 offers sports betting on PBA basketball, UFC and ONE Championship MMA, volleyball, and other sporting events. Sports betting on phi99 is governed by the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the platform.
- All bets on phi99 are final once confirmed. No cancellations are permitted after a bet has been accepted, except in cases of obvious pricing errors or event cancellation.
- If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum official time required for settlement (as specified in sport-specific rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
- Live in-play bets on phi99 are accepted subject to a brief delay between market availability and bet confirmation to prevent exploitation of latent data feeds.
- Winnings from sports bets are credited to your phi99 cash wallet automatically once the event result is officially confirmed by phi99's data providers.
- phi99 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts without explanation. Limits are applied to protect the integrity of our markets.
- Any bet placed on an event in which the player has a direct or indirect financial interest in the outcome (outside of their phi99 wager) must be disclosed to phi99 before the event. Undisclosed conflicts of interest may result in bet voiding.
8. Responsible Gaming
phi99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We believe that online gaming should be a source of entertainment, not financial stress or harm. phi99 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible free of charge from your account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your phi99 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take 48 hours to activate.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that alert you after a set amount of continuous play time. These reminders appear as on-screen notifications during active gameplay.
- Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion of 30, 60, or 90 days, or a permanent exclusion from phi99. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
- Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 or 72 hours without a full self-exclusion. During a cooling-off period, your account is suspended but the suspension lifts automatically when the period ends.
- Reality Checks: Receive on-screen summaries of your session duration, total bets placed, and net win/loss during your current session at intervals you configure.
phi99 will never send promotional emails or bonus offers to accounts that have activated self-exclusion. If you are concerned about your gambling habits, we encourage you to use these tools or contact our support team directly. You can also seek help from relevant Philippine responsible gaming support organisations.
9. Privacy and Data
phi99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By creating an account on phi99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
phi99 uses your personal data to: operate and manage your account; process transactions; verify your identity; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; prevent fraud and money laundering; and communicate service updates and relevant promotional offers (where you have not opted out).
phi99 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors where required by applicable Philippine law or as necessary for the operation of the phi99 platform.
10. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on phi99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the phi99 platform in any manner not authorised by phi99.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or sports betting markets.
- Using the phi99 platform to launder money or facilitate any form of financial fraud.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the technical integrity of the phi99 platform.
- Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing account restrictions or self-exclusion.
- Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to phi99.
- Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity during account registration or KYC verification.
- Using payment methods that belong to another person or that are associated with fraudulent activity.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): phi99 is required by applicable Philippine law to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities. All transactions on phi99 are monitored for AML compliance. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may have their withdrawals held pending investigation.
11. Account Suspension and Closure
phi99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to pass identity verification or provide requested documentation within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
- Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
When an account is closed by phi99 for cause (i.e., due to a Terms violation), any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. When an account is closed voluntarily by the player, or closed by phi99 without cause, the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their last used withdrawal method within fourteen (14) business days.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phi99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the phi99 platform.
phi99's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
phi99 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Access to phi99 may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond phi99's control, including telecommunications outages and force majeure events.
13. Amendments to These Terms
phi99 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phi99 will notify registered players by email to the address on their account and update this page with the new effective date. Minor corrections and clarifications may be made without notice.
If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you may close your phi99 account at any time by contacting support@phi99.app. Continued use of phi99 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
